We will refund customer in the following conditions as per his or her request in accordance to our terms and conditions
- The ordered item is out of stock.
- Customer receives damaged item.
- Ordered item not delivered within 2 weeks.
- Wrong item was shipped.
- The order was shipped to wrong address.
- Customer has pace maker.
- Customer is pregnant.
